Kelly is a senior environmental analyst at Capital Environmental Consultants, Inc., and has been involved in the environmental consulting field for 15 years. She brings technical expertise to each unique circumstance encountered during wetland and stormwater permitting processes. Kelly holds a dual AS in Liberal Arts and Engineering Science from SUNY Orange, a BS in Geology from SUNY New Paltz, and a MS in Crop, Soil, and Environmental Science from Auburn University. Her attention to detail and enthusiasm for precision makes her a valuable component to every project team. In her community Kelly is an active volunteer involved with grant writing, organizing local fairs and markets, and heading the local scholarship committee.
